Why Host a TGR Show?
Our Tour Licensing Program offers a unique opportunity to bring the TGR experience directly to your local crowd — whether you’re a ski club, shop, nonprofit, resort, school, or stoked individual looking to build community around mountain culture and hype your neighbors up for winter.
Hosting a TGR screening can:
- Amplify the reach and impact of pre-existing events like fundraisers, ski swaps, or seasonal kickoffs
- Highlight local athletes and legends on the big screen
- Provide additional value and visibility for small businesses and organizations.
- Act as a fun, standalone event that brings your ski and snowboard community together under one roof
We’re proud to support our past partners and are offering the first right of refusal to returning hosts this year. We’re looking at you, loyal TGR promoters.
01. Our Role v. Your Role
With the purchase of a license of TGRs new 2026 film ROCKET SCIENCE, TGR provides:
The Film
High-definition digital formats so you can decide what’s best for your screening. Includes H.264 (.mp4), ProRes (.mov), and DCP (1920×1080); 4K available upon request. Easy digital download access.
Promotional Assets
- Official trailer and sizzle reels
- Social media-ready assets
- Official tour poster and artwork for custom social posts.
- Customizable posters and print collateral via Eventgroove at cost (i.e. hardstock tickets, flyers, postcards, whatever you may need).
Ticketing Support
Option to sell tickets via TGR’s website, with revenues going directly to you, the host, via Stripe. Money is paid directly to your organization’s bank account weekly.
Ability to link to external ticketing platforms or use venue-provided systems, i.e., theaters, Eventbrite, etc.
Promotional Support
Event featured on TGR’s official tour calendar regional promotion through TGR channels
Event Management
Oversee operations, including but not limited to, day-of logistics and potential staffing
Manage the Details
Invite local sponsors, partners, whoever you’d like – it’s your event, you call the shots
Pricing Structure
We’ve lowered the cost of entry in 2025 to ensure equal opportunity for all organizations to participate and share the stoke.
Whichever is greater:
- $500 Non-Refundable Deposit with show attendees of more than 150 people
-or - 30% of Ticket Revenues – based on ticket sales only. Any other revenue sources, raffles, local sponsors, etc., are available for increased revenue for your organization and are NOT reflected in the 30% calculation.

We’ll be rolling out a new website and an updated licensing system soon, but in the meantime, we’re building our roster and offering priority access to our most loyal hosts and new communities who want to join the mission.
02. As a host, you provide…
The Vibe
A killer venue and local crowd, on-site beer sales encouraged! You know your market, so find the best venues for your needs. art house, theaters, breweries, local shops, etc. If it looks good and sounds good, that’s what matters most.
Local Marketing
Lead on-the-ground promo efforts using provided assets, community knowledge, and grassroots energy to build hype for your event.
